Yes, VLS is undoubtedly benefitting from the wider rush to eco investment, which is looking increasingly similar to the 2k rush to tech: it may well raise the bad along with the good businesses. Question is, which is VLS?

I realise there are highly intelligent sceptics here, including EJ and Owenski, who have been proven right time over. They may be right again. But the chart shows no clear break over the 200ma in almost three years, when it was over 50p. But it has now. Of course that's not to compare like with like, since dilution has since moved the share price, I would imagine, as much as sentiment.

It could be froth. And Immingham, even if it gets the go ahead is not projected to be up and running before 2024. But on the other hand, what is the base value for the FT technology IP that they have developed over the years, and for their rights to license/manage deployment of it internationally?
