#VELA they have 2,500,000 shares, so, with the new raise (156,250,000 shares), that gives them 1.6% of ARGO.Now, they raised £25,000,000 so it should open with a Market Cap of at least that (they intended to list at a £40m MCAP, when they planned to raise only £20m).VELA holding of ARGO is therefore by my maths worth ~£400k at £25m MCAP, or £640k at £40m MCAP.VELA current MCAP £4.3mPlus BTL news, BITK, general gearing to Bitcoin, etc, VELA is in my opinion cheap.

Publication of Prospectus & Results of Placing

Argo is pleased to announce today the publication of its Prospectus dated 30 July 2018 and its successful placing of 156,250,000 Ordinary Shares at a price per Ordinary Share of £0.16 raising gross proceeds of £25,000,000.

The Prospectus relates to the admission of the Ordinary Shares to the standard listing segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange.

Availability of the Prospectus

The Prospectus has been approved by the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at
