The Company has received official communication from the Ministry of Mines and Mining Development to the effect that all internal processes leading to the conclusion of the Joint Venture are expected to be finalised during the month of March 2020.From March rns.

Any consolation Romania has 277 cases but no deaths.Also someone is trying hard to take this company down no need for share price ti be so low as we are not producers and are not affected by covid19!! Although it would be nice if people saw the prospect, terrible few months drop, about time, if it was to, it would be better for the market to see the going concern, unfortunately the excitement has died off a good bit recent, more so people are waiting on concrete RNS over here say, that's what will kill all markets as we're seeing nowadays, hype means nothing, that's old hat.

Must be because of the timeline given, people thinking they have time before the share price rises. Just wait until the diamond RNS drops before the end of this month, that should hopefully get it moving in the right direction.

The failed fundraising that has so far raised £500,000 of the hoped for £800,000 ( now cut to £700,000), must have struggled even more than first thought. Of the 10,000,000 shares raised at 5p it would appear that Mr Andrew Denham took up 1,900,000 of them ( or £95,000 worth). Andrew is a shareholder in C4 Energy where Mr Parsons is a director. He is also CFO at Coro where Mr Parsons is chairman. He was also parachuted into Nuog where C4 Energy took on the debt together with another C4 Energy shareholder. So an intimate business relationship between Mr Parsons and Andrew. The share purchase shows how difficult it is for Mr Parsons to cash raise. Another wheel has fallen off the chuck wagon.

I think we've got a long time before any of the markets react positively after all this going on, I certainly have halted further investment at any cost, not even "buy low", I don't gamble what I can't, but I would never push buying now for a good while maybe to next year onwards. Just take it in, a boat left port ?
