Vast Resources has announced the cold commissioning of the Baita Plai polymetallic mine in Romania.The mine is located in the Apuseni Mountains of the Transylvania area which is known to host Romania's largest polymetallic and uranium mines.It is 50km north-west of Romania's Au-Cu mine Rosia Montana and 52km north-west of Rosia Poieni, which contains over one billion tonnes (Bt) of porphyry copper ore.Vast Resources expects to conduct the initial trail mining at the site very soon.The current cold commissioning capacity is up to 7,000 tonnes per month (tpm) and will be progressively ramped up to 14,000tpm in January following the arrival of new equipment from China.Since the grant of association licence for Baita Plai, the mine's infrastructure required for the cold commissioning, including the electricity line, tailings pipe, crushers, mills, flotation line and equipment, has either been upgraded, repaired or replaced.The Baita Plai mine, which is currently moving towards development, will be recommissioned upon the completion of financing and commencement of the Community Concession Block in Zimbabwe.Better late than never.

Re Swiss Financing, can someone tell me where and when and what that is supposed to be about??
I may have inadvertently picked up on something whilst in Geneva a couple of weeks back.I did not really follow what was being discussed but in hindsight the chap from Zim sitting next to me gave out some very interesting details.
Only today when I saw a mention of Swiss Finance that I realised that he may be connected to VAST and its plans.

carla1 like you I still see potential here but govmts are slow. I had no cash for 21 dip but if it reverses have some now and expect a near doubling on next RNS. Appreciate the tip off. Need to get into pms pronto. Funded also for bod supply so bod to go too.

Seem to be pretty adept at sending not quite news to the market.Too many irons in the fire and not enough capital. They need to concentrate so we see cash flow. I feel had I put my money on a horse i'd have lost it a lot quicker. Trying to remember which bar I was in when I heard the tip. If this takes of expect a constant call for share issues.
