PIs fall for the BS pumpers v reality of where the diamond industry is.

The diamond industry has fallen apart with many going into liquidation.

Out of the blue Vast come up with a brilliant idea in a well known diamond area where no one has really bothered to mine, there is a clue as to why that is. It's riddled with illegal mining, one that doesn't involved taxes unless the AK47 crew turn up and tax you. The fact is the illegal side is probably run by the ones with the guns.

Yet they stick out figures way over actual diamonds sales examples, created from desktop assessment not a feasibility study of sample mining.

In area where much of the world has refused to buy such diamonds, a government on the take, then the army robbing one mine where they heard they had found some good ore.

Yes, great idea throw the kitchen sink at it NOOOOTTTTTTTTTT.

But all the recent excitement is about diamonds. Yes I'm aware of VAST other claims when the share price was quite a bit higher.

So you have excitement about a diamond prospect pretty much ignored in an area that has been hot on diamonds for decades.

No feasibility study re actual returns, prices used way above actual diamond sales examples and for anyone that does hit anything good, the army will turn up with a gang of crooks and take it all.

Reality shows it to be complete farce on the diamond front and typical AIM BS.

Going south already on the BS.

Has there Benn a feasibility study yet with 100's pf 1000's of tonnes mined. In the words of the Botswana guy there has been a desktop study which liked boxes for a further research.

Zimbabwe not great place to be diamond mining though. It's been full of illegal miners in the area for years.

Earlier this year.

In Marange, 15 ZNA soldiers armed with AK 47 rifles and accompanied by a syndicate of 30 illegal diamond miners besieged Zimbabwe Consolidated Diamond Company (ZCDC) portal B at Mbada Hills and an area nicknamed Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe (RBZ) because of its rich diamond deposits around 12 midnight on 15 January 2019 and looted diamond ore that had been stockpiled there.

Vast are talking a mobile mining unit which when I looked at it I thought it wasn't very secure.

Then I found the above bit of news.

Examples of average prices of $30 per carat a few years back (Wiki) and the market has taken a nasty dive since then, yet Vast are happy to use $80 in an example with low end $50

Good luck rampers and GTF out if the share price spikes, this looks full of typical AIM BS.

Yes sampling done...the current situation is svs have gone pop and they hold all the cheap shares from placings..and their clients account for over 2 billion shares..they are frozen now ..so no supply of cheap shares.. that's a quarter of the shares in issue..all the cheap ones frozen.. diamond news imminent.. reserve reports estimated at 100 million and a Romanian mine about to be financed that is very profitable...I would grab some like others are doing it's going to multibag

I just read the presentation, I take it diamonds is the excitement here.

In the presentation it talks CPHT etc and average values it also has a very loose comment how they came to that figure.

Did they do or has anyone else done a material sampling test run to see what the actual CPTH is with the size and quality is.

If not it's complete BS.

So what's the excitement here, last time I looked VAST was going the wrong way on gold.

Now diamonds have appeared, but diamonds is a dead market.

Have Vast got a particularly lucrative diamond asset. I did research all the diamond players in Lesotho some time back.

The simply maths to use is the cost per tonne of mining v the CPHT figure and the average price per carat achieved.

I'll have a look, unless someone has the details of course.

the great news is SVS ARE GOING UNDER and just like Beaufort they were prolific in naked shorting AIM stocks like VAST so we should see a big short squeeze now..the crooks are going under ..hurrah!
