Just have look how ABM have done it.Consolidation to 3p followed by news they are going bust followed by news of placing for 1M gbp. Same people involved all over Africa. Lenigas,Dattels,Stalker et al and an Army of puppet CEO's.Rinse and repeat. Drain one trough and move onto the next.BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

I am not in a jurisdiction which has insider trading laws :) I wonder where that would be....

Thecrunk. What! Haven’t paid SSGI what was owed?? Are you saying it was time limited and the overpayments they have made already don’t count? And they are in default!! That would be a turn up.

We shall see

Ianio, would have expected some pressure to have come already. Not seen yet. Perhaps the passing of the resolutions have negated the 4% dilution.
