RE: AGMToday 10:39I went to the EGM yesterday. Only a dozen shareholders were there AP looked confident and happy as always.Everything seemed normal and calm apart from a couple angry participants(one an ex director).Nothing to worry about according to AP and BM.Following answers were given from SH questions. A) Mercurias No came as a surprise nothing to do with Vast but their own internal issues.B) AP loves to buy shares at these levels but is restricted due to close end something but his family members are loading them substantially. C) They did miss the December 31st deadline with Sub Sahara but no issues as the later is aware of the situation. D)According to AP the overall costs of running Vast per month are only 200,000 dollars and they boards wages are the lowest in the business. E) Under current depressed Share price Placings do not look feasible but never know depending on the situation. F) 66 workers already in BP another 144 approx looking into .G) RT said Diamonds are around the corner RM have a Govt pledge. H) Vast have enough funds to sustain a certain period have paid this months wages already. I)AP will not resign as it commands the overwhelming SH confidence as expressed in the voting. J) Has a lot of options to raise funds out of five three Off takers are in deep talks 3 to 6 weeks approx for conclusion. ETC ETC Sammy on Twitter was there as well his camera failed to record the proceedings properly he is working on it ADIOS.

johncasey hoipefully all metals with gold and. oil will have romp as people dump dollar. Might even get another financier here and will go up as fast as its down. 0.10-14 should be giveaway value IMO.
