Yes, they stated that there would RESULTS rns by month end......nothing about the issue of the licence.

Nothing will happen in the next 2 weeks....what makes you think it will.

Romania is a very corrupt country and I am looking into it to confirm that AST is not.

It all hinges on getting the licence.....and that is unlikely to happen.
