why has there been no explanation of the reason for the BP Shareholders overunning the 30d stat approval period, which ran out back end of Nov 2017!!

I think it's all been fluff to get the short term funding away...

until the shareholders approve the 30d stat period for the MOM won't begin...so the licence is now running out till mid Feb at best....but that assumes a shareholder approval within the next 1-2 weeks....
