05/10/2017 13:45 | Sometimes wonder if the BOD are complicit to all this manipulation. As previously stated, why bring forward the expected date to the end of September, if there was even the remotest chance of not hitting that date.... It doesn't take a rocket scientist to realise the impact on the share price. But if you look at their past record... they announced at 9.30 on 11/10.2016 that they has repaid the Darwin Loan note - resulting in massive buying by PI's.... Despite Millions of shares being bought, the price did not move. Then at 15.10 on the same day, they announced the disastrous deal with Bracknor. It then became suspiciously apparent that Bracknor had been allowed 6 hours free reign to forward sell millions of CLN's. Hardly done with the best interest of shareholders. | ianio5691
05/10/2017 13:34 | Copper moving up nicely. I've added a few more here. Being manipulated at present. | mreasygoing
05/10/2017 13:05 | Carla, Unfortunately large seller around and the board over-promising and under-delivering on BP. Never good on the share price short term. Hopefully it'll buck the trend before y/e. Agree with ihnc what were management thinking creating a September deadline when operations to commence in '17 was more than adequate information. Regards, Ed. | edgein

04/10/2017 12:10 | On the positive side I have seen no evidence of the seller today unless there is a large delayed sell to show after hours. Perhaps they are done or don't want to offload this low. Need licence and finance deal to be announced to set this alight | guyswonga74
04/10/2017 09:15 | Trouble is, there were millions and millions of shares issued during the Bracknor debacle.... They used them to flood the market and manipulated the price at the time, and suspect someone is doing the same now. | ianio5691
04/10/2017 08:57 | Something strange alright.....hope its nothing to do with the funding deal.... | laptop15

04/10/2017 07:13 | 4 October 2017 Vast Resources plc ("Vast" or "the Company") Manaila Extension (Carlibaba) Drilling Results Update Vast Resources plc, the AIM-listed mining company with operations in Romania and Zimbabwe, is pleased to announce the results of its first phase of drilling at the Carlibaba prospect ('Carlibaba'), the proposed location of a second open pit mining operation at the Manaila Polymetallic Mine in Romania ('Manaila'). Overview Results from first 1,000m of the 2,200m drilling programme designed to confirm Carlibaba's suitability as a second open pit mine within the Manaila licence area Preliminary results support the development of a second open pit operation at Manaila with the construction of a metallurgical processing facility on site, which would reduce Manaila opex costs by up to 25% Highlights from drilling include: 3.00m @ 2.93% copper ('Cu'); 0.88% lead ('Pb'); 1.95% zinc ('Zn'); 0.47g/t gold ('Au') and 93.33g/t silver ('Ag') 5.90m @ 1.97% Cu; 0.30% Pb; 0.71% Zn; 0.62g/t Au and 26.29g/t Ag 4.50m @ 1.17% Cu; 0.08% Pb; 0.21% Zn; 0.18g/t Au and 9.98g/t Ag Second phase of drilling underway to verify the continuation of the zones at depth JORC Compliant Resource to be declared on completion of Phase 2 drilling analysis Roy Pitchford, Chief Executive of Vast, commented: "Carlibaba is shaping up to be an important new component in our expanding portfolio of development projects and operating mines in Romania. Not only does Carlibaba appear to be a significant new mining prospect in its own right, but when coupled with the proximal main open pit at Manaila and the proposed new metallurgical complex, the entire production profile of the licence has potential to be significantly enhanced to deliver long-term profitable operations for the Company." | temmujin
03/10/2017 15:56 | Another tick up..........have they done ! EDIT NO. It looks like they haven't. ( 3m sell at 16.03 ) | yorgi
03/10/2017 15:27 | Somehow I'm inclined to think they have not finished yet........it would be good if I'm wrong of course. | yorgi
03/10/2017 15:26 | Edging up now ! | yorgi
03/10/2017 14:44 | It is going to require the licence news to increase the buying volume enough to absorb their sells in my opinion. It does of course depend on how many more they either have left or intend to sell. £15m market cap is now looking very low. | yorgi |
