‘For Immediate Release

San Antonio, Texas - November 21, 2024 Three Industry Leaders Unite to Secure

Critical Minerals in Tajikistan In a strategic move to enhance the supply of critical minerals for the United States, three distinguished entrepreneurs- Dennis Cruz of Pristine Services Group, Douglas Craft of Crystal Clear Maintenance, and Chris Martinez of Picasso Builders have increased their investment in the mining industry in Tajikistan. The group is working with Vast Resources PLC, the London AIM Listed mining company who is managing the assets and international

partnership team. This partnership aims to lead multiple sustainable mining initiatives while

ensuring a reliable source of essential minerals. Dennis Cruz, President of Pristine Services Group, stated, "The partnership has successfully acquired a stake in a cluster of gold mines located within the Tien Shan Belt, a geological formation that spans over 2,500 kilometres across western

Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, southern Kazakhstan, and western China. This region is a significant part of the Altaid Orogenic Collage of central Eurasia. The gold mine cluster is comprised of four operational mines and eight additional exploration targets. Currently, the central processing plant produces over 11,000 ounces of gold annually, with plans to double

production within the next 24 months." Douglas Craft, CEO of Crystal Clear Maintenance stated, "Our mining and minerals group is committed to investing in Central Asia. In addition to our gold mines, we run a processing plant that separates calcium fluoride (CaF2) for commercial sale from non-ferrous metals. These include lead, zinc, and precious metals like gold and silver, which we produce as marketable bulk

concentrates. Chris Martinez, CEO of Picasso Builders said, "Along with our current operations in Central Asia, the partnership anticipates making a major announcement regarding expansion by the end of 2024, further strengthening its commitment to sustainable practices and mineral security." This collaboration represents a significant step towards not only enhancing the mining capabilities in the region, but also ensuring the responsible

extraction of critical minerals vital to the Tajikistan and U.S. economies.

I emailed Gerald a couple of weeks ago. He is in charge of the legal matters concerning the diamond parcel recovery.

I got a reply last night which is very very positive. Not long to go now.

Same bloody treeshake every bloody day with the FCA nowhere to be seen.

We have had credible rumours from a number of trusted sources now on the imminence of the diamonds release and yet the MMs completely ignore them. A source at the tg has had an email from none other than Kebelengwa Bangwandozo confirming the same and yet disbelievers abound.

0.07p is what you pay for £200m of value. A no-brainer if I ever saw one.

If they cannot get the share price above nominal with the latest diamond ruse , they will have to go to plan B. A placing at 0.1p with a free bonus share for each one purchased , effectively raising at 0.05p.

I find the timing of the reorganisation of Vast Baita Plai timed very convenient.
Along with the much worse yearly accounts in a very long time. As can be seen by the yearly report the ore mined for the year, had increased, from 60,750 to 86,171 ton. the dmt CU concentrate for Q2, 2023 was 468 ton, Q3 559 ton, Q4 562ton, Q1 ,2024, 613ton. giving a total of 2,202 ton.
Now for the same period of ore mined. Q2, 23,372, Q3, 25,600. Q4 24,178 and Q1 2024, 25,388 Total 98,541 ton. Now on the grades, averaging it out over the 4 quarters ,it came too 20% a Quarter. So did they hold some CU con back. they also blamed the reduction on, The decrease is due to a reduction in revenues from the Company’s Tajikistan interest and slower concentrate sales in Romania in the second half of the year. But then said this.

Having established steady state production of a 95% minimum fluorite concentrate at the Takob mine in Tajikistan, the Takob project commenced production of a lead and zinc concentrate at the end of the year and has executed its first shipment after the year end.

so how can they say it was because of a reduction in revenues from the Company’s Tajikistan interest. when they had no shipments till after the year end.

It looks to me as if they held CU con back. It makes the year end look bad. but the reorganisation starts soon after and boom the reorganisation starts off from a very low point. So expect a large boom in production. Money coming from other projects.
All in my opinion. i could be wrong. But i do make the CU con for the year to be around $5.5m. As i say AIMO.
