Vast are in the best position they have ever been in.Er, no, they are bankrupt, and AP is scamming the last coppers out of the PIs.BP is nearing end of life and still not in profit.No diamonds, no swiss funding, no licenses. Creditors calling in their way overdue loans.

So what is it that you should look for in a company when investing. Would it be, does it have a have a asset and a revenue. Is it growing. Do the asset they have produce what is needed. Or is it, they have a asset, but it has no revenue. The asset needs a lot of money spent on it, to get it to point to even think about making a revenue. Does the asset produce what the market requires. Then how many years to get it to production. But at this moment they have a few million in the bank.

You see its not a question how much does it make a profit. If it has a revenue, profit will follow. Its not about how much does it make profit or revenue now. Its all about future earnings, down the line. Vast are one of the very few AIM companies to get to making a revenue. They are growing Quarter on Quarter. They have a very small amount of debt, to what they have achieved over the past years. Mostly down to dilutions. But without them vast would have been gone many years ago, to the joy of some. Its easy to look back and see finance has been a problem for vast to get, So the only way to get the job done, has been through dilutions. They have been there for all to see. yet people have still invested. But as of today vast are in the best position they have ever been in. But also the most risky as they wait on finance. But once this finance is sorted and out the way, then the management can put all their effort into growing the company even faster.

Why is there no rush to buy in my opinion.
There are plenty of shares that have already been bought, to yet be shown that thy have been sold.
As can be seen by ian jones buying another 52m. That has not moved the share price from being negative. The reason is very easy, they will not move the share price up until they get the finance. The finance will not come until the new production licence comes.

Ask yourself this question would you risk around $15m of your own money without a production permit. There is a big difference between knowing that the permit is a formality, SO adding another £52,000 in shares. Than investing £12m+ When you can wait. I would wait, the offer is not going away.

I hold millions of shares too but every time I approach a disclosable interest I am diluted to F. I also hold millions of deferred shares too.

Yet the share price is still negative. Why could that be.
He would have got those shares in the placing at 0.1p, So there would have been no rush for him to buy at 1.1p would there.
With the amount of the company he holds i think he would be in the know. Well he would know a lot more than most. So a massive vote of confidence from him. As he posts on Telegram, i would take it as a very big heads up. He cant say much, but his actions say more than words could ever do.

Well it seems if you post what you believe you see you are called a ramper or a deramper. Ether way you are going to be called one or the other. But after all I say it how i see it. After all, i say it just my opinion.

As i have said, i will add more next week, not before, for the reasons i have stated.
I wont miss the boat as i hold many millions at this time anyway.
