15/7/2024 11:32 | Your right currently this isn't an investment for me and hence why I sold out ( a few left in one trading account) in February. The share price to date suggests I made the right decision unless of course the aim is to buy high and sell low? | harps01
15/7/2024 11:26 | Harps, It has been crystal clear to me for some time now that you don't know what you are talking about. Maybe investment is not for you. | kemche
15/7/2024 11:25 | Last year exploration drilling and development work was being undertaken. I expect this is all on hold and lots of catch up work when/if finance arrives. Previous RNS have outlined this in my opinion. | harps01
15/7/2024 11:22 | Do we even start talking about shifts and time in a day 🤔 | harps01
15/7/2024 11:19 | Head palm, 'so they must be profitable now...to disguise the progress,' yeap the Nomad would be happy to sign off the lies. There's some people who just shouldn't be gambling. I strongly suggest you should talk to people away from your phone, computer and talk about your investing/gambling decisions. | harps01
15/7/2024 11:18 | By this time last year company placings for 2023 were around £5m. This year they are around £2.5m. So progress is clearly being made. | the_preacher
15/7/2024 11:07 | Incidentally for those of you who think that they need a consolidation to raise more , they don't. They could do another placing at 0.1p and attach one bonus share to each one purchased , essentially raising at 0.05p. Not very ethical , but there you go. | bionicdog
15/7/2024 11:06 | It's progress guys but not as WE know it ! | chinese investor
15/7/2024 11:04 | Good point. | bionicdog
15/7/2024 11:01 | The money may be used to increase it to 4 shifts. You don't know! They have told us that they have hit the higher grades so they must be profitable now. "short-term gap in operational expenses" may just be a red herring to disguise the progress. | kemche
15/7/2024 11:00 | Same old mugs, same old outcome. All we can do is warn new investors. Not that there have been any over past few weeks as shown by volumes. Will be the occasional punter who likes a flutter. My view is wait for confirmation of finance and corresponding drop in share price following consolidation. Worse case scenario miss out on a few bag but nothing compared to those who continue to chase the rainbow | harps01
15/7/2024 10:55 | Sandy Shore actually talks some sense and had numerous discussions with him in the past. He was also highly sceptical of the company and I believe he still is. Unfortunately he invested as he thought the company was about to start making a profit but he got this wrong and is probably over 90% down now. The company has confirmed this clearly with latest RNS, 'Placing will be used for costs associated with the implementation of the reorganisation plan at Baita Plai in order to lower production costs and bridging the short-term gap in operational expenses while the Company awaits the first tranche of the structural refinancing to close, and to cover near-term corporate obligations, and working capital needs.' Working capital needed to continue operations as not even breaking even. Needs the placement to hopefully pay off workers. Basically needs the finance to continue operations, probably going back to two shifts as three is just hemorrhaging money. Who great idea was this when the company's costs were/are out of control. With mechanised mining you try to reduce your labour requirements. | harps01
15/7/2024 10:49 | oilisgold 6 Jun '24 - 21:11 - 27510 of 29215 Swiss money is coming, makes no difference what we say or think. It will land and you wont be able to buy anything untill 8.05 as it will go straight into auction. Once it comes out it be 50% premium. Best to buy when you are trading close to historic lows. | bionicdog
15/7/2024 10:48 | Real facts or imaginary facts? | bionicdog
15/7/2024 10:45 | Poster on LSE nailed it today when Sandy Shore pointed out the real facts! | hopeful25
15/7/2024 10:43 | If they consolidate then I will get even more deferred shares. Funny how you don't mention that! | kemche
15/7/2024 10:40 | Poster on LSE nailed it, 'Are there really enough deluded mugs out there who believe they haven’t got a loss until they sell/ what goes down must go up etc? Whichever broker/PR person coined the term “average down” should get a “rob the poor, enrich the rich” award, AIM”s highest.' So true where Vast is concerned. Another consolidation in the offering if finance not agreed shortly. I expect it will need to be done anyway as you'd need to barking mad to buy this at a premium. Hence every placement to date been at a substantial discount. | harps01
15/7/2024 10:40 | Raise number 29 (!!!) since Andrew Prelea became CEO of VAST. That's got to be a record, hasn't it? Also, VAST are gunning for the record for the shortest time gap between two share consolidations. They'll need another one before they can raise again, which they will need to do before September. Really, the NOMAD / AIM / the FCA should step in and force this worthless company out of public markets. But they won't, of course. The only reason to buy VAST shares is because you actively want to lose money. In which case, please give it away to a worthwhile charity instead. | tigerbythetail
15/7/2024 10:33 | Funny how the shorters miss out the positives in every single RNS: "The net cash raised from the Placing will be used for costs associated with the implementation of the reorganisation plan at Baita Plai in order to lower production costs and bridging the short-term gap in operational expenses while the Company awaits the first tranche of the structural refinancing to close" IT IS FOR PROGRESS!!!!!! Got some more at these giveaway prices. Rude not to. GLA LTHers! Everyone else - filtered! | kemche
15/7/2024 10:24 | Good to see SOLG today fulfilled the advice brokers gave to the wise PWhite, never to invest in a resource company unless there is at least $50m clear cash on the balance sheet | sandcrab2
15/7/2024 10:10 | Before the next placing assuming Swis investor money doesnt come. Share will need to be consolidated 10:1 or 6:1 . This will be get a placing done , otherwise Gane over | oilisgold
15/7/2024 10:01 | City boys say Sovereign Wealth board meeting today, to discuss the increased opportunity here | sandcrab2
15/7/2024 09:54 | Time for another consolidation hahah | jas2022
15/7/2024 09:54 | Dexdringle: a cross between a ruse and a mouse? Useful verbal economy if so, innit? | jtidsbadly |
