Back the placing price but now funded is the good news and surely the l come soon, I believe that the Romanian government wouldn't issue it until enough funds were in place and now with yesterdays deal a green light must be on. They probably didn't want another bankruptcy, which must be why vast did the deal so quickly after the placing.Licence imminent IMO!!SP will stabilise now.

RNS yesterday, on first read I thought here we go again but re reading it firms the funding worries and seems to me that its needed and they have said what it is going to be used for. I think drop has been overdone but imho opinion leaky ship?

I also think this drop has been completely overdone. No funding worries at all now. It seems like they have put in all the required wording to make sure there are no repeats of the Crede farce. In my mind BP licence will be forthcoming very very soon now. Get in early!

News looks good to me no more funding worries for the foreseeable future, the cash will now be used to get two mines up and running giving them income, if they need cash it will be for bigger projects in the future.

Drop over done IMHO should be interesting tomorrow.

Reading RNS..... Looks like a little hint of good news on way.... :-)

Use of Proceeds

The funds realised from the Subscription will be applied to:

-- ongoing refinement to the zinc production line at Manaila in addition to
development of separate processing to enable the production of gold and
silver; and

-- ongoing drilling to expand the maiden JORC resource at Manaila; and

-- the drilling, evaluation and design of the Faneata Tailings Dam
reprocessing facility and the initial payments associated with the Baita
Plai Mining sub-licence once it is granted; and

-- the general corporate overheads of the Company.

"and the initial payments associated with the Baita Plai Mining sub-licence......"

I agree Bernie, simply more sells than buys and some large ones clearly. Nothing to do with warrants Laptop or MM's shaking as you put it.

I will be happy with 3p, is a question of when ;)
I think with BP licence being awarded we have also got to look at the net asset value, a lot of work has already been done while waiting for the licence. Remin is too big we will need a JV but that is a different story altogether and i would not like to say where it would go upwards, the way VAST is operating in Romania the government must favour VAST, imo as always.

I will take that 3p and raise it to 4p :-)
Well it depends that far off - when we get the BP licence how much dilution, the number of Remin mines Roy can get hold of (in talks I note) but to get to 4p VAST will need a market cap of about 160 mil and might be possible with current assets (depending on metal prices, dilution etc, but its really pushing it. I will be happy with 2p next year anything else is a bonus.
