Well he would be there for at least two major things that would be coming to a conclusion, IMO. first being the yearly payment from the Aprelevka Mine Operations, which now must be due. Along with the MOU they are in the proses of there, between the Government of Tajikistan, Vast and Gulf International Minerals Ltd (‘Gulf’).
The MOU sets out that the Parties shall develop a road map for implementation of the Projects within 90 days upon signing of this MOU and more information will be announced as appropriate. It has been over 60 days now. But he could be there just to agree or disagree on a few things. |

Personally i perfer when a share drops 20 to 30% first thing in the morning, you can buy when Punters panic sell. Then quickly sell for easy 10 to 20%. Never buy on the spike as you most likely to become a LTH. |
