13/3/2008 08:20 | This is begining to resemble a 'Nero fiddling while Rome burns' scenario ! There is little doubt in my mind that they have an excellent business model and that it has already demonstrated both its growth and profit potential. However if a company is seriously undercapitalized, especially in the credit crunch climate that we are experiencing at the moment, then its prospects (and even potentially its survival) are much more vulnerable. This company really needs to address this issue if they are going to have any meaningful chance of arresting this relentless share price decline. I would really like to take a position here (any I'm sure there are others with a similar view) but will remain on the sidelines until I can see some real credibility being restored to the financial structure of the company. | masurenguy

12/3/2008 15:14 | "taffee - 5 Mar'08 - 804 of 806: heard there is a management buyout brewing here...having sorted the banks out. ceo is mad as a hatter at current sp" Hmmm.......just more idle speculation and/or wishful thinking ? That taffee has already undermined his credibility by ramping not only this stock but various other stocks elsewhere too ! He also flippantly dismissed £70m of debt here as just being 'more of an overdraft' recently. | masurenguy
12/3/2008 15:13 | only found out yest | astol

05/3/2008 15:08 | One day some of the posters on this thread will start referring to NEBT DEBT instead of DEBT, ie borrowing minus cash and equivalents. Then they may have a better grasp of the financial position of the company. SP up 3p today, which makes a change. | davius
05/3/2008 13:59 | Bought in yest and not ramping. Have a relative in the company who advised that strong order book and that debt is manageable, lots of new contracts and re-newed contracts. See this stock picking up strongly from here progressing to 100p end of the week and + going forward. | astol
05/3/2008 13:54 | "taffee - 5 Mar'08 - 804 of 806: heard there is a management buyout brewing here...having sorted the banks out. ceo is mad as a hatter at current sp" Hmmm........is there any substance to this or is it just more idle speculation and/or wishful thinking ? Problem is that taffee has already undermined his credibility by ramping not only this stock but others elsewhere too ! He also flippantly dismissed £70m of debt here as being 'more of an overdraft' recently. There would be some real logic for an MBO at this price BUT what would they pay and who would fund it ? Can't see that major shareholders woul;d accept less than 150p (worst case scenario) which would be circa £100m PLUS there is also £70m in debt to underwrite as well. Interest alone on that level of debt would be at least £10m which is the equivalent of last years PTP. Can't see them putting together that kind of financial package in this market especially when the 85% fall in the share price is largely due to the current level of debt in the first place and that represents less than the half the finance package that they would need to support an MBO. They are probably much more vulnerable to a takeover from a large Telecoms or ICT player who already has cash ! | masurenguy
05/3/2008 11:17 | taffee, so what is gonna do about the low share price | jailbird
05/3/2008 10:54 | heard there is a management buyout brewing here...having sorted the banks out. ceo is mad as a hatter at current sp | taffee |
