21/5/2007 16:34 | SarahBudd, You might have a long wait....... | yotter
21/5/2007 16:10 | Where is everyone? I'm still waiting for the shorters to close........... | sarahbudd
17/5/2007 19:13 | It's quite understandable to take quick profit at this level. But looks good that the price didn't really collapse so maybe patience will pay. | kosinjames
16/5/2007 17:13 | This has been walked down today - bigtime!Catching out the T20's I would think also. Bets on what price it will open tomorrow? | sarahbudd
16/5/2007 15:10 | could be as jaydeee says people who were in at 403 are closing their T+20 trades. | maccack
16/5/2007 15:06 | Well Goldmnan's target is 496 and he is the top performing analyst in the sector, maybe this trading today is a lrge institutional block sold or something similar. Just have to be patient | caram
16/5/2007 14:52 | If you closely watch the movements the bid/offer wildly fluctuates - beyond any reason at all! | sarahbudd
16/5/2007 12:01 | Not having a very good day again!! I don't beleive it is just people shorting the stock anymore. I guess some of the buyers at 403p are just taking a quick profit. Anyone have a clue? | jaydeee
15/5/2007 16:39 | it's better than a punt, this is one of those market mispricing opportunities that present themselves once in a while. The great thing is that the short covering will really help spur the move when it starts, which will be once investors realise that the company a) are continuing to meet analyst's expectations and b) are accounting properly for their revenues on both implementation and service contracts. | caram
11/5/2007 21:41 | Vanco, the "virtual" business telecoms provider, has taken a big step forward in getting Deutsche Telekom's T-Systems arm to resell its services. Vanco shares trade on a valuation of 26 times projected 2007 earnings, dropping to 13 times 2009 forecasts. The shares are cheap and, despite the stock's somewhat volatile past, Vanco is worth a punt says the Independent. | jibba_jabba
11/5/2007 09:34 | price holding , so far, on a day when a decline would be expected , which may indicate there are still those heavily short, they are not being given any opportunity to buy back at any sort of reduced level. | holts
11/5/2007 07:35 | tipped in the Independent today | robow
10/5/2007 13:41 | I'm tempted to call the broker pillock & co | maiseymouse
10/5/2007 12:15 | if they are convinced of their view re the allocation of revenue then they must have been prepared for the long haul as it would clearly take time for their view to be vindicated, in the meantime I should think evil has been barbecuing. | holts
10/5/2007 12:06 | Kosinjames - Be patient. It's a virtue! | jaydeee
10/5/2007 08:48 | Seems to be quite a wait for the shorters to cover their positions, I'm quite puzzled at how tight they sit specially after all the positive announcements. Any opinions on this one? | kosinjames
08/5/2007 14:22 | The share price come back a bit. Hopefully it'll charge ahead again | kosinjames
04/5/2007 15:07 | Simon - what are u talking about? Are u saying the Company has not signed £80m of contracts since February. Do you know something that no one else knows. Either come out with some solid facts or just shut up. To continually insinuate rumours without any justification just to protect your own short position is not ethical. | jaydeee
04/5/2007 14:28 | we believe you | whatcanyoudo
04/5/2007 14:26 | Gentlemen, I rather think that VAN is again a raging sell back up here at 480p. This new business does not look like much to me. Simon Cawkwell | simon cawkwell
04/5/2007 08:42 | naked trader - thanks | setanta3
04/5/2007 08:40 | setana - you can't rely on the advfn trades page as being correct - it's because bigger deals can be delayed and the computer is guessing, it doesn't actually know whether they are buys and sells. So treat larger deals with cautions - trades that appear as sells are often buys. If a share price is shooting up, those bigger trades will almost certainly be buys and with shorters getting burned here, suspect yesterday saw a lot more buyers than sellers. | renegade master
04/5/2007 08:32 | Nice to see Evil has called this spot on again :) | whatcanyoudo |
