Further to the announcement of 3 May 2018, the Company is pleased to confirm that Mark Cutler has today joined the Board of Van Elle as Chief Executive Officer.

On joining the Group, Mr Cutler has today been granted an award over a total of 331,395 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the capital of the Company under the Van Elle Holdings plc Long Term Incentive Plan 2016 ("LTIP"). The award has been granted in the form of an option to acquire the aforementioned shares at an exercise price of 2 pence per share. The award is governed by the rules of the LTIP and, subject thereto, will vest on the third anniversary of the date of grant to the extent determined in accordance with certain performance criteria.
