29/1/2017 15:57 | Thks. Yes have heard of him but not for a while. A carpetbagger on this occasion? | alfieduncan
29/1/2017 13:44 | You mean you've never heard of the Naked Trader...aka Robbie Burns. ?? | basem1
29/1/2017 10:28 | Who`s `NT` Jopper? That seems to have past me by. | alfieduncan
28/1/2017 22:32 | Opodio - suspect you need to dig a little deeper before making that assertion. The first half inc exceptional costs of £1452K relating to the IPO. Without that, increasing admin expenses still slightly outstripped revenue growth but EPS would have been 5p+. LY 2nd half EPS was 6.3p ......so if we assume no growth then 9.5p EPS in 2017 means PE at current share price of 12. I suspect in current climate we will see some growth, so current share price seems about right to me. | melody9999
28/1/2017 20:46 | if you double the interim 3.2p earnings, so 6.4p then as it is ex growth apply a PER of 10x it is not hard to see this is heading to 60p | opodio
28/1/2017 19:10 | Another slide potential Monday as NT readers catch up | hopeful holder
27/1/2017 14:26 | This share price seems to be sliding all that back to where I bought it...... | philoosh
27/1/2017 10:07 | I was hoping price has found support around the 120 share price but NT selling, general disappointment over 'just in line' and going ex-div look to have sent this down. If gets back to 100 i expect i will take a punt on the share | 1861andy
27/1/2017 09:41 | The figs didn`t deliver and they`ve gone XD. So a pull back on the price inevitable. Looks a bit overdone though. Surely won`t go below a pound. He says... Looks like a good top-up opportunity. | alfieduncan
27/1/2017 09:17 | Long term holding for me, the prospects for growth here are very high. | jopper74
26/1/2017 17:16 | The NT has sold his holding which will impact the share price short term given the size of his following. | hopeful holder
20/1/2017 21:43 | Keepsimple - I agree i think people brought in sending the share price skyhigh and then getting just an inline update, investors expecting an 'ahead of market' statement. | 1861andy
20/1/2017 16:55 | Nice late recovery | gutterhead
20/1/2017 10:56 | Might it be that in the recent TU, they talked about anticipated contract wins and in the half year results these were still only anticipated rather than closed. Perhaps investors were just expecting more, but didn't get it. | keepitsimple
19/1/2017 13:10 | These results are very decent and do what they said they would do when they listed, so the sharp fall is a bit of a puzzle. My guess is that many who bought in early are taking some profits, quite understandably. A good entry point now so I've dipped my toe in the water. | bartle
19/1/2017 12:30 | Agreed.......I was hoping this would drop a little. Happy days ! Now i'm in for the long term :-0 | jopper74
19/1/2017 10:35 | Same here HH.....I'm in and good luck all. | melf
19/1/2017 09:55 | These have been on my watch list for a while and this pullback has provided a great buy opportunity. Hello to you all. | hopeful holder
19/1/2017 09:25 | Yes does seem a bit too much of a fallback. The price probably ran away before the results though. The payment of a Dividend and subsequent cost to the company will also have an impact in the near-term price. They go EX D on 26th January. | alfieduncan
19/1/2017 09:18 | Overdone I think. Topped up. | gutterhead
19/1/2017 08:21 | Is there anything in the report that I am missing? Big drop! | khatriap
17/1/2017 10:22 | The late report of 200,000 at 136.95 from yesterday looks to be a buy at that price imo. | alfieduncan
17/1/2017 09:46 | Yes 19th January. Thanks. 08/12/16 - LONDON (Alliance News) - Geotechnical contractor Van Elle Holdings PLC on Thursday said trading in the first half of its financial year met its expectations and the order book is robust going into the second half. Van Elle said the solid trading in the six months to October 31 leaves the firm confident it will meet its expectations for the full year to April 2017. Van Elle said the second half is traditionally busier for its operations, particularly from Specialist Piling work carried out over the Christmas holidays and with a number of new contracts set to start in early 2017. The firm, which floated on London's AIM market in October, said it will publish its interim results on January 19. Shares in Van Elle were up 4.4% at 120.00 pence on Thursday. | alfieduncan
