MM have dropped the price on just a few sells. Larger buy in the afternoon. perhaps there is an overhang of shares that need a good home before it really starts to move

Nothing in today's trades to suggest a sudden drop. As for previous days, if there was, why wait until 9-15am today to drop it? We're missing something.

MP - still don't get it - we moved up last week cos peeps expecting good news bought in. results didn't live up to expectations, so peeps are selling and price going down -

the +v is that we are on the recovery road - i am sure we will start creeping back up - just waiting for a trigger by way of new business

What's M4US got to do with the drop? i don't get it - r u saying drop cos he sold or drop cos results not as good as hoped

i think its probably the latter - but the signs are good and not much -v in the results - recovery taking longer - that's all - hence bottom drawer

sometimes his £500 stake makes a £50 return for him.....small time trader who takes little real risk.

How is he solvent, I've never seen a poster with such a constant track record of
ramping stocks that drop and drop in shareprice ?

Sure ..so if a company makes 10 mill a year revenue but loses 15 mill due to operating costs it should be worth 100 mill market cap?

The company lost 500k in 2011 on lower revenues ..it lost 500k in 2012 on higher revenues... If you dig into the numbers there was a massive swing from loss to a small profit in h2 2012...that's good news if they can sustain profit growth and revenue growth ... Looks like they made a real profit margin of less than 10%....so they need to make revenues of 700k odd a half to break even ... So in 2013 if the trend growth continues and full year 2013 they make a profit ....they need to make 1 mill gbp to support a 10 mill market cap on pe of 10....

Mobile payment companies are valued on revenue not profits - on £1m revenue x 10 times we should be valued £10m

H2 showed an interesting change in affairs...

Loss for year (503,384)

However the loss for h1 2012 was (553,084)

So they actually made a real profit of ..50k in h2.... Which is really interesting as all the business billed in h2 was profitable ... More interesting will be to see if the trend continues and h1 2012 is profitable with higher revenue....it's a good trend but the market cap is still over 4 times revenue ...to support a 4 mill market cap they need at least 400k profit pa....

Vipera commenced 2013 with an order book that is significantly greater than that at the beginning of 2012 and stronger channel partnerships. We look forward to continuing our endeavours in this fast expanding marketplace. Your Board would like to thank all of our staff for their enthusiastic work and commitment over the last year.

Good increase in revenues for 2012 - 2013 looking strong.

Hi Liveit2, as per sportsauto's post I also had it in my mind that the results were due by the end of may - not sure if this is a statutory deadline or not.

Results cant be too far away

Interesting the company did a placing at 8.5p in 2010, since then they have acquired a number of new clients at 4.25p these are cheap as chips.

Thank you for your online contact last week which has been passed to me – and I apologise for the tardy reply whilst I have been away.

There are two layers to this: quantitatively, we are, as you may imagine looking to announce our financial results for the year to 31 December 2012 before the end of May. Meanwhile, qualitatively, I would hope that soon we will be updating shareholders on our business activities.

In either event, why don't I make a file note to alert you by email when we post up the next announcement?

Yours sincerely

Martin Perrin
