London, UK - ValiRx Plc (AIM: VAL), a life science company focusing on early-stage cancer therapeutics and women's health, announces that, further to the announcement made on 9 December 2024, a circular (the "Circular"), including the Notice of General Meeting and a Form of Proxy will be posted today.

 

The General Meeting will be held at the offices of Fieldfisher LLP, Riverbank House, 2 Swan Lane, London, EC4R 3TT at 11 a.m. on 30 December 2024.

 

A copy of the Circular will shortly be available for the Company's website at https://www.valirx.com/aim-rule-26.

 

Capitalised terms used in this announcement shall, unless otherwise defined, have the same meanings as set out in the Company's announcement of 9 December 2024.
