price action expected, well maybe, market makers make theur money this way.
once they load up on shares they will stop triggering stop losses and increase the ask.
is the deal good? oh yes. these companies are good. the cash is mkre tban valirx mcap and thats from just one deal.
will letter of loi materialise? yes it will, this is norm with these style of companies. these are better than large pharma that drag their feet forever.
its a buy opportunity.

I knew this scenario would happen on the news. Partly kicking myself for not loading back up after being out at 57p. As I would of taken 63p. Although I may of been back in a bit too early at 52p, and lost the extra profit that way.
