The best commodity to be in now is water or more specifically water treatment, as demand for clean drinking, irrigation and waste water is growing, and increasingly being required by legislation (India, China, Middle East, etc).

Thus see MWG currently 32p should return to 150p - 200p.

Fully revenue earning, contracts building, with pivotal £22m contract expected later this year.

Excellent Calm. And up and posting so early, you must be impressed! Judging by what you've reported then with every reason I'd say .... :)

Really looking forward to the drill results and competent persons reserves figures which should properly reset the share price here to equate with peers in the sector. I.e. Around 20p to 50p for starters!

Maybe you were up so early to snaffle some more before the rest of us? Lol. A bargain indeed at 7.5p to wiser heads.

ok some thoughts(Budget,Canny and Tone please add ,shout etc if i have it wrong

. divs going to happen approx 10% of EBITDA likely to be paid out each year..so approx $1m/252,000,000 = 0.04p per share..two main reasons for this..1. reward shareholders 2. they see it as a financial discipline i.e not to blow all the cash on drilling

.debt still very small approx $3m shipment due in June should bring in $6m to the bottom line

. still on the acquisition trail ..will also be taking part in state Auctions

.they are very excited about Komi!! resource p2 coming

. Allenby note on its way....Urals were out on the marketing trail y'day

. there are serious looking at Fracking.. will need JV

. they have looked at acquisition outside of Russia( Romania being one place) but think there stick to what they know

.still believe Company is seriously undervalue ( i think Dyachenko suggest 35p would be more realistic )

. share consolidation ..they believe this will stop the share price volatility and make it easier to market the Company

.they dont like making " we will be producing 10,000 bopd in 3 years " predictions..they prefer to under promise and over deliver

.oil between 45-55 suits them just find...as the oil price and RUB seem to be linked weakness in oil price not a problem.

.very Keen in engaging with shareholders

..i for one are very impressed with this low cost ,small debt, increased production company that is significantly undervalued

Good morning all .
I do not wish to cut across Calm's achievement of giving myself and others the opportunity to eye ball our directors but i know he is rushing to get to London on time and may not have time to post .
We are all meeting for a coffee prior to Allenby and we will put your points made together and hopefully get them answered.
Along with our five lists we must learn something .

Guys I wish you all the luck and well done on going to the meeting tomorrow.

I think the board need praising for buying the extra fields when prices were cheap and the reduction of overheads as we could have been dead and buried years ago. I also think they should be praised for keeping a good relationship with Petraco and that they should be praised with the help and support they have given us.

If they could just confirm that all legacy issues are over and that the future looks brighter then it is the best we could ask for.

1 cheeky question from me would be that although the website has been updated. When you click on the research section of the website and click on the Allenby's research it comes back with a server error. Is this a error on the site or is there a broker note coming out soon.hehehhehhee

Hope all goes well guys enjoy your time at the meeting.

Good post as always Topicel, I think investors here know there is good potential, but need to be patient.
It's not going to happen overnight but it's coming.

Good question Wannabrew. Closed period or not, the news is still expected to keep coming and just possibly more tomorrow before Calm and Co. (good name for a group of AIM investors, eh?!) lock horns with them.

So much of investor sentiment and interest is based on momentum so here's hoping that whatever they do say is to their satisfaction.

Again good luck guys for the meeting.

We are in or just about to enter a closed period as results due by end June and of course in any event there will be no disclosure of facts, other than those in the public domain already.

I also echo amargosa's question, I think it is about 2 years now since they advised they were looking to headhunt a strong CEO with a major oil background. One other question, what led them to the decision of 20-1 against any other combination for the consolidation and do they see any difficulty in the resulting further illiquidity in an already illiquid share.

Good luck on Tuesday guys.

Maybe you could try to get to the bottom of who is running the company; the former CEO became the interim CEO, now he's the permanent CEO, yet we hear next to nothing from him. He is not an 'oil man'. He lives in the UK. The non executive chair makes all the pronouncements and also lives in the UK. Presumably Kononov (Adler and President of LLC and now Sakhalin), is running the show, but he's a banker with no experience of running an oil company.

If the company is to be taken to the next level it will need a focused, talented and experienced oil man at the helm. Are they still looking for one? And if not, why not?

My question, if answerable - "is the BoD still of the mind that 12.25p that was rejected by RNS in 2013 as unacceptable as a price for UEN, is still unacceptable?"

Nothing ventured, and all that. Maybe something more might come out of what all that was about by raising it...and as a coda, "would the BoD consider 'reasonable' offers now or continue to dismiss them as the company continues to develop?"

Good luck gents.
