So here is the BOD's apparent routine now - collect inflated salaries for doing very little. This is now a maintenance company and not a junior oiler IMVHO - NO SUCCESSES IN M&A - NO SUCCESSES IN DRILLING - IN FACT ONLY FAILURE AFTER FAILURE - however they manage to keep drawing fatcat salaries for starving cat deliveries ! So the current tanker load gets delivered, we pay off our loan. We keep the oil flow as best we can (MAINTENANCE) and then in the spring we take out another loan after we fix all the failing machinary / storage facilities - AND SO THE CYCLE OF INEFFICIENCY GOES ON - BOD, if you were decent, then you should be ashamed - however I am sure all shareholders will agree, that will not bother you all in the slightest as you work towards retirement and continually fail to delivery ANYTHING RESEMBLING SHAREHOLDER VALUE WHICH HAS BEEN REPEATEDLY PROMISED - MANANA MANANA !!!! - UTTERLY DISGRACEFUL IMVHO !!!

129,413 bought at 16.14 and sale 'timed' at 16.29 for the same amount - a mark up of 40.63% - nice work mm's !!!! - if AIM had any serious form of regulation, then they would be all over this company and the mm's - but this is of course just my opinion based on what I have witnessed over years watching the RNS's eminating from the BOD of Urals.

Calm you picked out the ONLY good bit in the rns , so they borrow us 6 mil to keep the taps turned on and pay wages they still have problems with well 109 which has taken them forever and a day to announce what is going on so let's hope the ship docks with out repayment of the petraco loan Yeah calm brilliant rns !

Market cap £5.3m - who are they kidding !!!! - so the company is worth nil - just the balance of the tanker load monies after the debt is paid off - unbelievably bad run company CONSISTANTLY FOR YEARS - AIMVHO !!!!!!!!!!!

I cannot remember a trading update RNS for as long as i have been invested in this dung where the BOD don't throw in a bit of doubt or bad news to put a spanner in the works - truth seems to be, they are all totally incompetent, or they don't want to deliver shareholder value - or maybe BOTH !! AIMVHO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got in years ago at a much higher price when it really took off. It went to over 70p back then. I didn't pay anywhere near that but still much more than today's price unfortunately. Someone put a read up on it the other day(a link) which is worth a read and make your own conclusions from that. You will find it on SOLG board. It was put on yesterday I think.
