it appears there is a buyer at 8p. Try selling 500k to mms and there is no way they will offer you 8p to sell this kind of quantity, so i believe it is a buy as LMDP suggested earlier about the 250k trades.

Vedomosti reported today (7 May) that yesterday the Ministry for Economic Development, Federal Tariff Service and the Ministry for Energy discussed the methodology for nullifying export duties for East Siberian oil fields. The agencies agreed on a list of oil fields that will be eligible for the new tax benefit. The list includes Vankor and Yurubcheno-Takhomskoye oil fields (Rosneft), Verkhnechonsk (Rosneft and TNK-BP), Talakan (Surgutneftegas), Kuyumbinskoye (Slavneft), Dulisma and Sredne-Botuobinskoye (belonged to Urals Energy, but are being transferred to Sberbank for debt settlement). It is unclear to us at the moment for how long the tax holiday may last, but the previous proposals envisaged it may be up to three years
