I hope everyone is taking advantage of this oversold position. I certainly am. Dr Staley hasn't let us down yet and I'm sure he's not going to start now. Remember Wick was always the side show and the MMs were always going to have a field day with this. 3.20 seems to be the base now. If not happy days because I'll definitely be topping up.

It's only bothering the ones who want the quick few bucks. It's a long hold for me. Majority in the SIPP anyway so can't touch it for 7 years.

Price target, 50p by 2025 :-)

The price action over the last couple of weeks suggest all is not going to plan in the short term for Wick and there may be a delay of some period.I may be wrong but years of experience in the markets has told me that the information always leaks no matter how water tight the board are.I will continue to hold since the story has not changed and delays are part & parcel of the O & G sector.As usual DYOR and AIMHO

Soul it is someone who knew about the delay long before this BB and i am surprised the share price stayed neutral. I contacted Reabold today and although they were very helpful, they would only commit to H2 for Wick. Michael I do like to be kept up to date but at this late hour,an RN in the morning night not be very good, as the delay factor may not yet be priced in.

RNS tomorrow to confirm delay do you think? It could be just because Petrofac had an option in their contract. It would be good to know something for sure at any rate.

Who knows but sellers have been about for a long time now and to be honest, with both delays and uncertainty, those who sold from 4p plus downwards can now buy back with profit.I have spoke to many investors known to me and they are all in a very cautious mood. To that end, I put emails into both RBD and UPL at 8.a.m.on this very subject. RBD came back to me within five minutes and I still await a reply from UPL.

Good morning all and thank you so much for the stimulation of the BB after my comments. Of course we all do our research into a company before we invest and I as many of you, were impressed by this company. This was further strengthened by the forward planning that enabled them to withdraw from the NIMBY victory at Wressle.I have also commented on the relative safe drill at Wick, compared to others in very deep hurricane troubled waters.I do still think that private investors are very important to a listed company and should be kept fully up to date with any progress or lack of it.

As for Spangles comments on Grimsby, it is strange that he mentioned a Merc, the very car I travel through the metropolis to get to my Sunday R and R. In fairness the parts I see are not unlike those depicted in the Sacha Baron Cohen film. Even the football team play all their matches away from home!!!!!

No they aren't - both have risen about the same percentage-wise since September 2017
