02/8/2018 08:50 | Our seller is clearly still around... ...this from Sasha...in the group chat...hope EDIT: he won't mind me sharing... "I've been told that there is a small seller and that it is something that will be finished in a couple of days. They are eeking stock out gently but do not want to take an offer in case the price rises" | doughty
02/8/2018 08:02 | I believe that Hardcastle was the first oil well to be registered in England. Unfortunately at Wressle, Egdon are not only up against the entire village but also an army of green do gooders. As you say Cash, we are very fortunate that our BOD had a get out clause, as these planning battles cost a small fortune. It is a great pity because I am sure there is plenty of oil there and you only have to travel a few miles towards the town of Gainsborough and you will see fields of nodding donkeys quietly producing oil and have been doing so for Donkeys Years...sorry about that!!! | hulltiger
02/8/2018 07:48 | Cashandcard, I also think that the news surrounding Hardstoft will give plenty of good PR for UPL. "The very first well drilled in UK flowing once again for UPL" type thing! | copperpot
02/8/2018 07:44 | Hi cashandcard, If SS see's potential in Hardstoft it must be a relevant easy play, it will provide us with a small, but steady income. It must be worthwhile, or why bother! | copperpot
02/8/2018 07:35 | Hulltiger, Thanks for that. Exactly why I have pretty much given up with onshore UK plays. Way too much hassle for new developments. Really hope we do not waste too much time with Hardstoft. I know SS sees the potential, I do not question that at all. My issue is the uneccessary hassle onshore UK must contend with. 02/8/2018 07:03 | Good morning Copperpot, it was turned down for the third time and the councillors went against the advice of their own planers. It is a real mess, with Egdon up against the do gooders and they fight on A very good d.ecision by our BOD to stay well clear. | hulltiger
02/8/2018 06:54 | Hi hulltiger, Has Wressle got the nod? | copperpot
02/8/2018 06:49 | Hi hulltiger, Would you be kind enough to give us a bit more info with regards NLC news please buddy. | copperpot
02/8/2018 06:40 | Good morning all, the result from North Lincolnshire Council yesterday goes to prove what a professional BOD we have. I do hope that the word spreads and we see a steady rise in the share price | hulltiger

01/8/2018 17:31 | Soul - the only ref to the 1TCF I can find is from the Dec 17 AGM slides. It was mentioned under the header Morocco and Tunisia so unless any1 knows better the 1TCF could relate to Morocco. | argyle underclap
01/8/2018 16:26 | Remember they were talking of a 1tcf asset 😊 | soulsauce
01/8/2018 16:15 | 1 m acres 5 wells 2D seismic takes a matter of weeks to complete Boundaries on permit on offer - 1st time the permits have been offered - no one else seen this particular data before | euclid5
01/8/2018 15:05 | He said that Upland hadn't put a chance of success on it but Corallian have. | 2prsimo
01/8/2018 14:59 | Just listened to the podcast which sets out very exciting near term opportunities. Curious that he says there's no official chance of success for Wick. I thought it was 36%. Delighted he says good, very good. | michaelwhight
01/8/2018 13:36 | ....and there will be something left field...because there ALWAYS is ! | doughty
01/8/2018 13:32 | Doughty - agreed! paperwork aside Steve is expecting Tunisia to naturally follow on from Wick so an extended period of rolling news now going forward, and that excludes anything else from NA and Sarawak! And of course bread and butter Hardstoft. | argyle underclap
01/8/2018 13:31 | Just got back and listened to the podcast, he his a truly charismatic and clever man. I have been in Tern for years and in the short time I have been here, this company has produced a huge amount more PR. | hulltiger
01/8/2018 13:22 | Poor guy was really put on the spot...so he did brilliantly...only so much he can reveal that isn't confidential or price sensitive...it was funny that he laughed when we all knew that he had been in Sarawak ! Am really looking forward to Wick now...NEXT month ! In the oil business that is VERY close...and now a DEFINITE !....you heard it from the horse's mouth ! | doughty
01/8/2018 13:11 | Q, Chance of success at Wick? A, Good, very good. | argyle underclap
01/8/2018 13:06 | Paraphrased “Just need to advance the paperwork abit before we can go into detail on numbers etc” | argyle underclap |
