Bought in here for the Gas but the BoD seem to be sleepers.
Low share price means it cannot get much lower.

Met some ex BP guys (pre Covid), who told me what UPL was sitting on in Tunisia after that failure in Scotland.
Crazy low Mcap.

The BoD cannot 'sit on their hands' much longer.
Lots of LTH investors are under water and just waiting for some action.

It must be time for some activity or are they planning on selling the lots for a big fat profit? (Is there a nice fat fee for the City M & A experts waiting to be had? ).

Hi nlmbidc and Happy New Year.It's all very well to take steps to increase the value of an asset, but only as part of a clear strategy for realising value for shareholders. My AGM questions asked about the current value of each asset in the company's portfolio, the potential future value of each of those assets, the company's strategy for getting from A to B in each case and how this would include realising value for shareholders.Those questions have been met with a wall of silence, so I'm not clear where your optimism resides.

Jeeze I hope you are right tyler but from where I stand, and while they remain radio silent, fortunes to fate, and seemingly incapable of a coherent plan, there is as much chance of this lurching down further as going up. This really has been a shocker.

Risk/reward ratio is pretty good/excellent at this price. Good move by DDDD imo He/she will multi-bag whilst many lth's will break even

Bought back in here in December expecting some Tunisian pipeline action.
Time to wake up this BoD and get them to do some work or are they all pensioners in hibernation mode.

Lets see what happens in the next 3 months.
This share price cannot get much lower.

If (as we have been told) possible partners were breathing down our neck in Tunisia only 3 months ago, why would we have difficulty in getting somebody interested in a farm-out if the story has not changed?

Well someone is actually going to have to do something and I really think none of them have a coherent plan and will remain fortunes of fate hoping we finally get something in Sarawak or Brunei or maybe someone gets tempted to help us out in Tunisia.

I don't have confidence that this board of muppets will do anything more to arrest the decline of the share price than they have done in the last two years.
Hopefully Bolhassen will appoint a decent CEO as a priority as he is about as useful as a chocolate teapot.

Hi long suffering holders Happy New Year!For the last 2 years, January 19 to December 19 & January 20 to December 20 we have seen a steady decline in the share price. Are we going to get a hat-trick of 3 successive annual falls?They say every dog has its day, well hoping for this dog it's 2021 but it will have to a hell of year for many to finally come out of the red with this stock.I think Q1 will define this stock's future but hey WDIK!
