24/12/2019 08:11 | Maybe by then he will also get the price at sub 1p and it will all fit in nicely for him. He's so far presided over an share price drop from 2p to 1.4p | thejaba
24/12/2019 00:48 | To be fair to him, he gave the company/broker some time to find a home for his stake if indeed he wants a clean break. About time Optiva started to earn their crust | tyler90
23/12/2019 20:28 | CP is still waiting for his company to be sold. Maybe when it is he will buy in. Happy Christmas all. | nlmbidc
23/12/2019 15:42 | Another excellent post TheJABA. Well said. | soulsauce
23/12/2019 15:03 | Yes, time for Optiva to prove me wrong since I have always said they are also a weak link. Happy to be proved wrong and will hold my hand up and say so if they do their bit now in finding a 'good home' for SS's shareholding, if indeed, he wants a clean break and yes, new CEO needs to put his money where his mouth is too. Not asking for a lot! | tyler90
23/12/2019 15:00 | Pitman so far has been all talk.....seatbelts on etc for 11 weeks. At least SS held stock for years. He could have sold at 4p but didn't. Strange that a week after the AGM he sells stock....yet held for 3 moths previously....was he bad mouthed at the AGM and that got back to him? Also we regularly heard from Sasha that if there's a seller that optiva would do an off market transaction.... now it's a case of walking the walk for Optiva and see if they can buy SS stock or put it with another holder.CP still not bought stock....he could potentially take some now and build confidence....but will he? Or will he just talk the talk too. | thejaba
23/12/2019 14:53 | Well gone below 3% so doesn't need to notify anymore. I would hazard a guess that he might want to have a clean break so yes we may see selling in to any strength should it occur. Who knows he might have just wanted a slap up xmas 🙄 | soulsauce
23/12/2019 14:46 | At least we know the reason for the weakness and he has still a way to go here. SS was one of the reasons I invested being an ex Cove holder but he continually disappointed here after talking a good game. Can only hope Pitman does a better job. | soulsauce
23/12/2019 14:44 | Still holds over 17m. I assume he is going to sell them into any strengthening of the share price as we get the anticipated news over the coming 2-3 monthsAny thoughts? | tyler90
23/12/2019 14:38 | That is sad to see, but UPL had become a perpetual jam tomorrow share under Steve's leadership. I liked the guy, we had a long chat at the 2018 AGM and email exchanges thereafter, but the market looks for results and is ruthless.Steve's track record was a major influence in my decision to invest here, so I guess I'm not alone in reassessing for the future.But... Saouaf, come on! | yogaboy
23/12/2019 13:53 | Staley selling. Hmmmm no bitterness then. | soulsauce
23/12/2019 10:40 | Well said Tyler. Agree 100%. Merry Christmas and happy New Year to all Lth. | poppet123
22/12/2019 17:00 | Same to you and yours tyler and to all other holders. | soulsauce
22/12/2019 13:44 | Merry Christmas & a Happy, Peaceful & Prosperous New Year to all long suffering and very patient Upland shareholders :-) | tyler90
21/12/2019 00:46 | Indeed Sull. | soulsauce
20/12/2019 18:36 | Submitted before finishing......lets hope some of that sort of news eventually makes its way here. | sull75
20/12/2019 18:34 | So I see, Soul, well done (no pun intended :;)). Let's hope so of that sort of news | sull75
20/12/2019 13:38 | Heyup Sull things got a whole lot better at the other U. Hopefully can say the same here too in the not too distant. | soulsauce
17/12/2019 19:10 | When people cotton on to the idea we may be on the brink of something very special in SE Asia, don't rule out that W stretching it's last leg! Are our contacts there finally going to bear fruit? Giving us the chance to pick up a couple of assets which would be well beyond the reach of other companies our size? CP doesn't want to dilute at this level, novel funding incoming? News could come soon, CP on the move, back in Tunisia also. Asian assets outwith Sarawak so no political hold ups, news Jan/Feb possible. Meat of Sarawak still to come behind that, still sitting in that unique and favourable position. So let's hope we're preparing to take off on multiple fronts. Get a producer or reserves booked, deals done with bigger players, and this looks very different to market. | throwingmuses
17/12/2019 16:36 | More sells than buys today and we're blue! Go figure! | sull75
16/12/2019 20:54 | Indeed it does Sull be we wouldn't be without it 😉 We have the Efl to contend with as well 🙈 | soulsauce
16/12/2019 19:17 | Yeah just the one plonker Sull marking myself and Plasybryn down from the AAU bb. Must have plenty of time on his hands. Ahh QPR fan eh? A bit of a bogey side for the Owls. We doing well of late but have a small squad of quality players so if we pick up injuries we might be in trouble. I'll be watching for the QPR result now. Blue day for two blue teams. Good luck ;-) | soulsauce |
