I don't think too many are aware of the UPL potential yet.

Once there is an RNS or two the Sp will change very quickly.

The meetings, have you noticed they are wearing the same ties, shirts, trainers and bags in both photos, so unless the two meetings were arranged on the same day I would consider it odd.
On the other hand, it makes sense to make both meetings on Friday and be back in London for Monday am. Could there be a RNS about to be posted.?

Upl are happy to work with Petros and Petronas as previously advised by the board.

Petronas have a lot of existing licenses in Sarawak, but Petros state that they will need to issue any new licenses in Sarawak.
