According to page 43 of the admission doc they may buy FRAM ( FRAM Exploration (Trinidad) Ltd (which would cost them up to $4.25m in cash to the parent company.

This tells me they may need to raise further sums?

"Subject to agreeing and executing a share purchase agreement to acquire the entire issued share capital of FRAM, the Company would pay Steeldrum, FRAM’s immediate parent company, cash consideration of US$ 4.25 million.

This sum is an indicative amount only, and is subject to a working capital adjustment to be made prior to fixing the final cash consideration for the Potential FRAM Acquisition. The Company is aware from its due diligence enquiries that FRAM has outstanding well obligations, the cost of which will be factored into the working capital adjustment to be made prior to fixing the final cash consideration for the Potential FRAM Acquisition, and may potentially reduce any such consideration from the indicative figure of US$ 4.25 million"

Hi SullNo I don't have L2 but do scour the LSE board for snippets from other investors.In fact I called up the share centre today and they confirmed that the new MM has joined the party today.From past experience in the markets a new MM(s) tells me that we are about to get a lil busy volume wise.Game on :)))

21 trading days until 2nd week of September. I am just assuming they will spud in the middle of the month.The share price can take off anytime.Those holding just switch off your screens and come back after the Bank Holiday weekend. Those thinking of buying, whether it is 3.8 or 4.0 is going to be neither here or there in a few weeks time.Holding for nearly 2 years with top ups on the way and very happy with the present position of the company. AIMHO and DYOR but you cannot go wrong IMO by reading some of Zengas' posts in recent months.GLA

Hulltiger - spot on. having Dr. Steve Staley as CEO is worth the current mkt cap of £20M imo.

Just noticed that BPC has a MC of £110m and rising on the anticipation of a farm in deal been done. When you consider that it is very high risk,in very deep water with very volatile weather condition, it makes this look as cheap as chips.
