only 23,393,799 shares not held by directors or the above IIs.

BlackRock went below 5% on 13/02/2018 (6 weeks ago). 5% is circa 4m shares. if thats been the seller then they surely must be out by now? but note the UPGS website updated 23/02/18 didn't list BlackRock. whats the threshold before getting listed as a major shareholder? Lombard Odier have the smallest holding at 3%. so Blackrock 6 weeks ago held no more than 3%.

Someone compared this to ACRL a while back, while there is no resemblance and UPGS is in a much stronger finacial position even ACRL is up 75% lol
