09/3/2018 12:36 | someone should make a bid we are under a 25m mkp. Absolute capitalisation comes to mind. I'm sure Eastbourne will have a say | kirk 6
09/3/2018 11:40 | i don't know why the likes of B&M don't make a bid at this price. but IIs won't be happy if the offer is low. | citytrader66
09/3/2018 11:39 | Maybe because B&M is a retailer and not a supplier. | she-ra
09/3/2018 11:36 | i don't know why the likes of B&M don't make a bid at this price. but IIs won't be happy if the offer is low. | citytrader66
09/3/2018 10:10 | This must be on the list for a take over. Now would be a great opportunistic time for a bidder | kirk 6
08/3/2018 18:22 | Lovely and calm mate just getting in the hot tub | kirk 6
08/3/2018 15:42 | Calm down Kirky, it's only money. | eastbourne1982
08/3/2018 15:20 | I can still see it 150k but at 14.55 | kirk 6
08/3/2018 15:07 | i'm sure i saw a 150,000 buy just go through. not there now. hmmm | citytrader66
08/3/2018 14:14 | Fair play - enjoy! | lammylover
08/3/2018 14:10 | I'll continue to watch, leadership plus debt pile puts me off buying presently. | eastbourne1982
08/3/2018 14:04 | Eastbourne - what price are you looking to buy in then? | lammylover
08/3/2018 13:57 | Just keeps dropping, even people who bought just two weeks ago after the massive falls are approaching 20% down. | eastbourne1982
08/3/2018 13:47 | Think we are too close to the results for directors to buy now and they hold a large amount anyway | kirk 6
08/3/2018 12:53 | A poster on the LSE board pointed out that UPGS will fall out the small cap and all share index which may mean funds/trackers having to sell any interest in the company by 19 March. Could explain the constant sells. The poster also suggested that there were restrictions on the founding directors purchasing more shares due to Takeover Code requirements. | muzmanoz
08/3/2018 12:42 | Yes never suggested otherwise so don't know why you are being defensive! Take it you have gone short or else your just wasting your time! My average is now in high 30s and hold a large amount and also in this till the death so if these recover over the coming months I will be raking it in. Reckon we will hit £1 this year again | kirk 6
08/3/2018 12:31 | Kik 6, you have been saying this for the ages, look at what has happened to the share price, I've been right from around £1, you have been wrong from around the same level. | eastbourne1982
08/3/2018 12:03 | maybe that's their plan Eastbourne?! | meijiman
08/3/2018 11:57 | The problem with this type of business is they could just let it go bust and then the likes of Simon Showman and Barry Franks could pick it up via the back door for next to nothing from the administrators whilst at the same time wiping out the debt pile. This appears to be a common theme these days and is something to be wary of, I believe it happened at both ENTU and Fairpoint plus many others. At the end of the day the IPO made these guys multi millionaires, do they really care now ? | eastbourne1982
08/3/2018 11:53 | People just keep selling, if I didn't think the board were a bunch of crooks I may have taken a punt around 31p. | eastbourne1982
08/3/2018 11:13 | I see the only change is the transfer updated | kirk 6 |
