United Utilities Share Discussion Threads

An exciting time for traders in the UK market for the next 6 weeks. Less so for investors , though the utilities are going to be a barometer of the political trend for that period. Are holders going to see the eradication of nationalisation threats or the eradication of our holdings? Or something in-between with some fudged coalition and more uncertainty?
I somehow doubt these will still be 840p post election , they will either be 300p takeovers or 1500p cashcows. (I am guessing the nationalisation value but it won't be current market price that is for sure).
I will observe with a lot of interest , not brave enough to sell up and not brave enough to buy more.

I fear it is a lesson they need to learn...
Not just restricted to the yoof,but even the elderly.

Our elderly jewish neighbours think Corbyn is great, trust him, and love flabbot.
I was simply gobsmacked when they blurted such out.

Hopefully not an education the hard way.
Hard not to be a bit worried that there might end up someone in Downing St who wants to buy back all these utilities for tuppence. I remain surprised the share price is 25% up on its nadir 2 yrs ago.

It would be a shock on a par with 1945, can't think of any other UK
general election upset that would equate with that outcome.

How much confidence should we have that Corbyn unelectable? Or a Lib/Lab pact.
Can't say that Boris has got "obvious winner" written all over him.
This makes me nervous about all my holdings.
