United Oil & Gas Plc, the London Stock Exchange listed oil and gas exploration and development company, is pleased to announce that following the announcement dated 18 September 2018 regarding the oversubscribed conditional placing to raise GBP3 million, the Company will be posting a circular to shareholders ahead of the General Meeting and a copy of the circular is available for download on the Company's website at www.uogplc.com.
