Now renamed United Oil & Gas Plc
(the "Company")
Change of Name and Readmission
Further to the announcement of 25 July 2017 "Prospectus publication, name change, readmission", the Board is pleased to confirm that the Company's name has today been changed to "United Oil & Gas Plc".
Accordingly, as from Readmission, which is expected to occur at 8:00am on Monday, 31 July 2017, the entire Enlarged Share Capital totalling 200,935,001 Ordinary Shares of GBP0.01 each and comprising: 27,000,000 Ordinary Shares currently in issue, 53,935,001 Consideration Shares to be issued on Readmission pursuant to the Acquisition and 120,000,000 Placing Shares to be issued on Readmission pursuant to the Placing, will be admitted to the Official List (Standard Segment) and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market under the new name and new TIDM "UOG". The Company's ISIN and SEDOL remain unchanged.
As from Readmission, the Company's corporate website will be available at www.uogplc.com
