Tell that to mr 10m buyer. Making sure the vote gets over the line for the new equity!? I'm expecting more to start showing

Agree. Even though only a paltry £1.5 million mcap I can't see anything to justify that.

Market waking up that although things have not gone to plan. The current price is ridiculously cheap for the assets.

I'd signed up for RNS's via the UOG website. This morning as usual I got the news about the country appointment.

But funnily enough, emails containing RNS's regarding teaboys massive dilution of existing shareholders over the last couple of days never materialised in my inbox. Maybe a bit selective?

"I hope Ms Thompson has negotiated a generous severance package, in the event that UOG isn't a going concern"

I expect Ms Hill will be checking the small print in hers right now.

Yes mean like I just might win the lottery tonight? Probably better odds. Still it's a free world (just) so go ahead fill your boots as they say, after all there's no shortage of cheap shares now is there after Teaboy's complete screw ups.

Because like all things. There just might be. Net zero losing steam. Investors pressuring big oil to get back into fossil fuels with increased intensity. No situation is static. This just takes one organisation to take a punt. Which is very possible.

Why would anyone think there'll be a deal on Jamaica after all these years? The deadline was Q2 2023.

"There are a number of companies currently evaluating the opportunity and a deadline for indicative offers has been set for Q2 2023."

So 8 months later and no interest, not even an indicative offer, not even a rumour, no discussions, nothing, how many more hints do you need?

I'm looking at a 1m mkt cap. I'm looking at 2 licenses that I think are worth a lot more than that. Simple as that. Close to 30m spent already on getting Jamaica to this stage. I know UOG inside and out. And it's a strong buy at this price. It's all about the price and relative value. Also do a peer comparison. There's a lot on offer here for the price. Now.

You appear to be wearing those rose tinted glasses again but I do tend to agree with you that a deal ref Jamaica is at least a possibility and yes if [massive if] it came to pass the shares could [despite the useless BODs] potentially multi bag.

From this mkt cap. Not much over 1 million before the new shares. Whatever people think. A deal on Jamaica could be a 10 to 20 bagger. Uk license still has value as well. Personally I think a straight takeover is pretty likely. Bryan was good at wheeling and dealing licenses in the past. Maybe that's what UOG should stick to...

With 10k he has not even had the dignity to pay lip service to it. Let alone what it says for his shareholders who have lost a packet due to his poor decisions.

A whole £10k, yes it absolutely does mean something - he's not prepared to put too much money into this dog.

Yes they could buy it cheaply so they won't need to pay a premium will they, they could have done that already. They'll be plenty of shares around if those resolutions pass, 500,000,000 more of them, and if they don't pass then it's curtains and the company can be bought for peanuts from the administrator anyway. No investment case here anymore without a farm in announcement in the next two weeks, well that's my view anyway.
