only about 2.5bn shares voted out of 20bn. I trade through an HSBC nominee account so didnt get to vote, could it that banks like HSBC couldn't be bothered to vote as they currently consider ujo insignificant?

I would like to know who advised the company to do a consolidation now, at a point where weeks and weeks have gone by with no operational news and so no shareholder interest.

Consolidation WOULD have been good, in conjunction with a steady news flow..


If its the broker/nomad, then its definitely time to upgrade
