I have just asked this question on LSE, any thoughts?

ujo's US assets are owned by ujo plc, would there be any advantage to setting up an LLC and owning our US assets through a wholly owned US subsidiary?

Wish we had a political leader bold enough to encourage drilling in the UkAs wind power only produced 6per cent of our energy needs this month due to no windAnd while I'm all for green energy we also need to use our home grown oil industry to get pumping oil during the transitionBut no they prefer to tax it out of existence

Overreacting to Trump result maybe as MM’s generally panic even if it rains in the morning. Selling not high and someone always panic & then others follow? Only need a buy or two and then steady again hopefully.

from rns
" Andrews 2-17 well has an Operator estimated geological chance of success of circa 80% Approximate eight-day drilling period to a depth of circa 4,700 feet"

"spudding of the Taylor-1 well ("Taylor"), located in Seminole County, Oklahoma, USA is expected on or around 31 October 2024", "Reach estimates the geological chance of success to be 40%."

not sure what the TD is for Taylor but A-1 was 11 days between spud RNS and TD RNS of 4600' - too early for a result?

..of course if someone does know something, it may not be stateside, it could be Keddington

markfrankie, nowadays there seems very little to shout from the rooftops about.

markfrankie, whatever the timing of Taylor Moccasin and Diana, it's great to have a very near-term series of drilling, plus we have the Rogers recovery project, plus East Shawnee seismic possibly underway, plus Kedd upgrades. Lots to look forward to in the next few weeks & months.

morning uggy, yup business as usual...it's a shame, simple honesty and transparency would go a long way towards restoring faith in management, we're all big boys to be investing in AIM oilers, we expect setbacks and dusters, that's par for the course but the share price is in the toilet mainly due to the spin and ramping emanating from ujo HQ.
