Isn't it amazing what can be done when entire cohorts of people aren't being employed out of your tax payments to stop you generating wealth?

delving into the world of Royalties is fascinating but finding data on our specific investments is difficult with so little information.

This site has a list of explorers looking for partners

this offer is very interesting as it's within our 'Eagle Ford Shale' Royalty

Hi LAW. Sorry, I've no real idea. Perhaps a new beam pump or a decent separator are what immediately some to mind. However, both items would be quite hard to source in the UK, and presumably expensive if they are buying new, rather than reconditioned kit.

- The sub-surface location of a step-out well has been finalised and it is planned to drill the well, where planning consent is already granted, when the Operator deems appropriate.

- There are plans to upgrade the production equipment at Keddington during 2024, the result of which is expected to increase efficiency and production rates.

GP I suspect it's the upgrade - any idea what upgrades would "increase efficiency and production rates" ?

A friend who was near Keddington recently mentioned to me that there were some site upgrading work underway at the wellsite when he was there. I wonder if this means that Egdon are finally moving towards actually drilling the sidetrack well. Let's hope so.

I recently suggested that the reason for the Kedd side-track being mothballed last year was that EDR was too busy with planning for Wressle, Bisc & Cloughton - this list should include Waddock Cross too. With so much going on at EDR, it's understandable that they cut Kedd but some honesty from EDR or DB should have been forthcoming.

wressle not on the agenda for the 31st. I suspect it will remain a delegated item and a decision will be made - hopefully in our favour - but with numerous conditions regarding ecology & wildlife. My best guess is a decision late Q3 or early Q4 as the bureaucratic hurdles are immense

next planning meeting for N Lincs is the 31st, the agenda will be published this week - if Wressle is not on the agenda it means it's still a delegated item, although would it be quicker if it was put before the committee next week?

good question. Note during Miles's 360 there is no flare-stack so they must be venting

It makes me wonder if thousands of wells producing 20 or 30 bpd are all venting as piping gas may be uneconomic for low production wells

presumably, once gas line is in, well can be opened up and they can report a steady flow rate ?

Great to see all the activity at the Andrews site in Oklahoma, USA. Thanks to Miles Newman of Reach Oil & Gas for the brief commentary and the update on progress with the gas pipeline. Union Jack hold a 45% interest in both the Andrews 1-17 and 2-17 wells. An exciting time for the company and its shareholders 💪

"The strategy of going to the US seems to me to be very smart indeed, it’s different yes but given how long you can wait for approvals for pretty much anything in the UK it must be something of a pleasure to have a well be profitable within months. Accordingly we should expect more from the US investments and shareholders should rejoice, that is good news albeit a shocking verdict on the UK industry regulators."
