Latest pictures from our Andrews 1-17 well as the Reach team progress the permanent production facilities in preparation for flow rate optimisation. Site facilities are also being installed to allow gas production to be monetised. The Andrews 1-17 well is contributing to our revenue stream and stabilised oil and gas production rates will be published in due course."

Well said TT2.
(Other than the dividend, I love a dividend)

On balance and with the state of play on US assets, i would vote for no more divi or buy backs, spend the money on US assets, dump any UK assets we can, cancel the treasury, and change the company name... then we may be heading for a quid by Xmas

this, well said curry

I agree that a %age is shares in treasury should be cancelled.
Politicians don't care about green issues it's just to buy votes.

Hi toon, I believe the treasury shares could be very useful, perhaps a further deal with Beacon or in the US. in the meantime - if allowed against a background of more potential buy-backs - a scrip divi would means the company keeps £260k cash. that would mean about a million extra shares in circulation and an increase in the mcap. the enlarged mcap would probably be temporary and take us back to the previous mcap but paying a divi from cash will reduce the macp by £260k. so imho using the treasury shares is the better option

I thought the divi was there to encourage insti investors, just like the share consolidation.. neither seem to have worked..

the share buy backs may have been a good idea, if we hadn't bought at the top, and not bought when they were ridiculously cheap.

Only 0.25pence (1%) hence in 2024 not 23 accounts so maybe another at year end?? Which is only a similar amount up/down share price so very marginal but at least able to say a dividend paid.Personally it would rather the share price climb steadily back to par””

Just had blurb through e-mail that Divi is final for 2023 hence can be given 6 months later & still count so ignore above - sorry if misled

Timing looks odd to me, why not wait until the Andrews well test has completed and we know the flow rates (where are they anyway?) and then announce any dividend in the Annual Report, which is what companies normally do?

'Dividend policy and share buy-back scheme in place' - from the recent US presentation

I'm not aware of a "dividend policy" other than on an ad hoc basis, imo ad hoc is not a policy - any thoughts?

uggy this probably answers your question

Still it looks like a further delay. Why didn't they pipe up earlier ? Yet another example of 'Broken Britain'.
