Offer for Subscription and Issue of Prospectus

Unicorn AIM VCT plc (Company) has today launched an offer to raise up to GBP15 million, with an over-allotment facility for up to a further GBP10 million, through the subscription of up to a maximum of 20 million ordinary shares of 1p each (Offer). Full details of the Offer are contained in a prospectus (Prospectus), which was published by the Company today.

The Offer opens today and will close at 5.30 p.m. on 30 June 2020 (or, if earlier, as soon as the Offer is fully subscribed or otherwise at the Board's discretion). Applications for the 2019/2020 tax year should be received by 5.30 p.m. on 2 April 2020 and applications for the 2020/2021 tax year should be received by 5.30 p.m. on 30 June 2020.

The Prospectus has been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority and copies of the Prospectus will shortly be available for download from the Company's website (http://www.unicornaimvct.co.uk) and from the National Storage Mechanism (http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM).
