Appointment of Director
The Company has previously announced that it was continuing its ongoing refreshment of the Board and intended to identify a suitable candidate to join as a Non-Executive Director. Following an external recruitment process the Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Julian Bartlett as a non-executive Director with effect from 2 October 2024.
Julian has significant financial, assurance and advisory experience gained from over 30 years as a Partner at Grant Thornton UK LLP and from former roles at RSM Robson Rhodes and Deloitte. He specialised in financial services throughout his career with a focus on investment management. He is the Chair of Invesco Fund Managers Limited, a Director of Invesco Pensions Limited, Audit Committee Chair and Director of Triple Point Venture VCT Plc and a Director of Lindsell Train Limited. He was formerly a non-executive Director of FFI Holdings plc from August 2017 until it ceased trading on AIM in August 2019. Julian is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
