Shares credited later today.
Value 3 x MORE + 1 x ELTA.
So 3 x 150p + 1 x 113p = 563p
Last nights close 550p
Going to be volatile though!!

It would be reassuring to see the Hostmore shares in my AJ Bell account but nothing yet. Is that general or can anyone see them in their account ( and if so how does the value + Elta value compare to the Elta value yesterday) ?

MORE (Fridays) divested from #ELTA today. Main Market listing. #ELTA now purely Hotter Shoes. "In Line" update from Hotter with strong outlook. First time I have heard "Reduction in Supply Chain Disruption". Looks under valued to me. GLA!

Elta still v cheap on comparables. There's been a lot of inflation on hospitality around 14%

Well the market certainly is ! I’d expected a positive reaction to the budget for companies like TGI but it seems not. Anyone got any views about what may be in store when the share splits next week ?

The market doesn’t seem very optimistic about the forthcoming demerger. Unfortunate it didn’t happen a couple of months ago as concerns about possible supply problems (Hotter) and covid resurgence (Friday’s) may be affecting prospects and causing the share price drift.

Is this still the target? Posted on LSE sometime ago.HSBC target price28 May '21HSBC have today increased their target price for ELTA to 840p (up from 327p!).

#ELTA 560p on the Bid at the close. Directors "filling their boots" with options so I guess that is the signal to let the share price rise. (I bought in early today 528p after digesting Paul Scott's recent write ups).

Great write up from Paul Scott on #ELTA here. This is undoubtedly a great way to play the lifting of UK lock down restrictions hxxps://

Spoiler alert potential 234% upside

The current share price is 410p. Therefore if my figures turn out to be correct, then the upside could be 85-234%, with a targeted return to shareholders of less than a year......

Now mainly a play on the two largest remaining holdings - Hotter and TGI Friday. The recent disposal of Sentinel was at an excellent premium to the holding price and if anything like that is achieved with the remaining holdings, particularly TGI as by far the largest, then a final distribution well above the current share price is foreseeable. However both Hotter and TGI are in sectors badly hit over the last 12 months and so I'm pondering how that might affect their sale price ( and consequently the ultimate distribution price ). My cautious side feels that continuing to hold Electra may be a bit risky due to the heavy reliance on these two holdings but I'd be interested in the thoughts of other holders.
