Skin recovered 10% this morning good news :) Media said we are in for a rocky time, probably see stocks further hit, drops very likely. CYAN hit again today.

hi wooly i have a gut feeling that news will be 2nd half of the year, that will suit me fine hope PMO will be £1 50 by then so i can sell them and top up on OPTI or buy into SWEETBIOTIX if the float happens around that time, they are the only stocks i am going to be busy in this year, certainly hope its not going to be more AIM pain i dont think it will with SOH reputation he wont let owt go wrong.
revenues from SKIN will drop strait to OPTI bottom line.
SWEETBIOTIX if you think of every product that has sugar in and could be replaced with our product now that is one HELL of a market

Skin hammered down 8% today, new buyers must be gutted, all info seems very positive, need good income RNS to move it north. Fingers crossed mate. CYAN down again today, pi's must be gutted, everyday shows a drop. aim.pain.....

hi wooly OPTI shareholders free SKIN shares are on there way to us now, how many and when is what i want to know now.
yes wooly thats why the SKIN shares went up a lot of people wernt aware of skin till that write up.

OptiBiotix Capital Reorganisation

OptiBiotix Health plc (AIM: OPTI), a life sciences business developing compounds to tackle obesity, high cholesterol, diabetes announced on 28 November 2017 that it intended to seek a cancellation of its share premium account (the "Capital Reduction") in order to create distributable reserves to allow the Company to make future dividend payments.

OptiBiotix is pleased to announce that, following shareholder approval which was granted on 25 January 2018, the High Court of Justice made an order confirming the Capital Reduction on 27 February 2018.

Following the registration of the Court order confirming the Capital Reduction by the Registrar of Companies in England and Wales, the Capital Reduction became effective 27 February 2018.

Stephen O'Hara, CEO of OptiBiotix, commented: "I am pleased to report that both shareholders and the Courts have confirmed the capital reduction. This allows OptiBiotix to make future dividend or 'dividend in specie' distributions to the Company's shareholders should it be appropriate to do so. This is part of OptiBiotix's strategy of building value across its divisions and where possible releasing value back to shareholders."

yes humph saw it happen on Rockhopper, millions were make on sudden drop that recovered by close, as you said those with stop loss, probably lost chunks of their money, couldn't buy back in, at triggered sell price. Dirty trick.

Opti bobbling along, skin level, Cyan down again, so far, aim.pain....skin held yesterdays 20% gain so far, 1.00 spread to stop sells imo.

yes wooly there are lots of things going on that we dont know about, i was reading on one thread a chap was into spread betting and he got stopped out lost a load when he got in touch with the group who ran the site he was told there was a big spike downwards and they told him what that price was, so the lad went and checked all the sites he could to see if that price was right and it wasnt the price his shares were sold for never got reached, thats not the first time i have read that either, people set up a stop loss on there account to protect themselves, and when the mms want shares they can see all the stop losses that are set and they can trigger them with a spike down or spike up so they get loads of shares and they also know how many they will get to sell on, its all unfair but we play the markets we have to put up with it

Yep in a new era, peeps waiting to steal on a whim, no loyalty from ceo's, want more from pi's. Bought a car today, reminds of the past when I held back and put more into this shower a regret afterwards each time, but like you stuck at it, the gambling thingy, wing and a prayer. Noted the spread on skin, tie in tactic imo, no news to substantiate a 20% rise, or a leak...MM's games :)

wooly those that bought shares in OPTI and still hold as i do will get so many free shares in SKIN we dont know when we will get them or how many as of yet

WOW Skin up 20% at 13.37 today, hope it continues humph, watch out for profit taking, maybe you should consider, they usually pull back, but we all hope they continue rising and hold, sometimes in vein.

Good reading humph, maybe they should consider selling under one company brand rather than floating different products, still think it will effect Opti share price while/if they continue floating different company products, comment based on Skin share price drop after flotation from 13.5p down to 7.5p.

6p drop since September 2017 high, only 5 months ago, hope my thoughts help you to consider future possibilities.

You can see from Skin drop that certain investors aren't holding, taking profit and sitting tight for another opportunity, even if it means waiting out 6/9 months IMHO....

Thanks for an update be careful mr gambler - but aren't we all, in our own way :)

Being a gambler can make us anxious, trick is waiting, do not panic, there's another day, I hope lol.

hi wooly the dont care about loss its in the gamblers brain the next one will be the winner.
when we spin out the SWEETBIOTIX i think we will hold about 49% of the shares the same as we now hold just over 49% SKIN, OPTI will get revenues from the floated companies which will drop straight the the bottom line, there is very little costs run OPTI, thats what a lot of people are not thinking about

Think about all those btb trial NHS sales etc, never materialized for us, just backward thinking.

hi wooly thats one of the hard things to do will it drop like a lot of them do should i wait a few months to see were the bottom is, but then it might head for the heavens from the off be quite honest i think it will fly to many big names we are getting involved in, so i think there will be some mighty news, THEY ARE JUST MY THOUGHTS WOOLY, i have been wrong many times we will see

IMO humph if/when SWEET is floated don't hold they always seems to drop below float price, wait for profit, take it and put it in your favoured share, sounds like OPTI :) Lets see some profit :)

hi wooly with new companies they have to start building the company up from scratch skin are waiting results of testing, but skin is not what i am interested in its the SWEETBIOTIX i will be buying shares in it when its floated, although we will be getting free shares in SKIN no ones sure just when though.
wooly being a gambler its does not knock me like you might think its not nice but it comes with what i do, years of practice, if only i was as good with the stock market as i was with the horses then WOW.
OPTIBIOTIX is going to be big its just a matter of waiting, we are in talks with COLA and KELLOGS to replace the sugar in there products, never have i been so sure about any company ever than OPTIBIOTIX, think of all the products around the world with sugar in, our sugar sweetens and goes straight through the body and does not put on weight like normal sugar

hi wooly 2 mistakes i made one was selling out of ARM HOLDINGS years ago, and the other was not selling CELTEC at £36 wooly i can go on but i wont.

Yeah humph good job you didn't, its been smashed since consolidation, which was just before christmas 17.

I owned them a couple of years ago, sold and lost a few quid, typical aim.loss, best away from it imho, look at footsie 100, I made decent money a few years ago, let you know next weekend what kind of interest to 28 Feb 18.

Smith/Bell appear to have a block on Google, making it difficult to see, no surprise there, sure they continue selling to NHS, using their new trading namessss, possibly a way of moving assets, as they did before using numerous ones, IMO umbrella company.

Being outside the market give them more options to trade in secret.!!!!!!!!! DING DONG style.
