No guarantee, if assumption of RTO is correct, then........

Silicon covers anything renewable, not just solar, see website.

Cognito is not core, so it will be dispose of at the right time.

BTW, I called my wife all sort of names, none of it same as the one I initially call her!

It would be a very good idea to change the name with all the small parts under one umbrella. That would be great Maysun. I think the name they wanted a few years ago was similar to the name now but another company held it so they were unable to take it.... I think!!!

Ultima name will soon be gone to the history book!

A while back the company attempted to renamed the company but did not happen.

Forward thinking dictates that new brand name is needed, Silicon CPV fits the bill.

It's all speculation in my part, but, I hope that I am right.


Good find Trecle, the company would not appoint adviser and brokers just to spend more money. Time will tell!

A couple of years ago Ultima was selling, on the internet garden ornaments. They still sell children's electronic sets and electric light bulbs. Its difficult to tie this company up with a high tech company dealing around the world in Solar systems. I want to see Ultima's name mentioned more not Akhter or Silicon CPV. If there is a reverse takeover into Ultima great.

I am not a savvy investor. I've held shares in Ultima for a number of years after all! way too long. Many snippets of information is found and placed on this board by contributors, most of the time it never mentions Ultima Networks when talking about 'Green' issues. Silicon, CPV is mentioned Akhter is mentioned, partner GTEK is mentioned. Can anyone tell me why

From your research I think you have identified what the company has been working on. I think we can assume that you don't build a factory if you don't have any business opportunities or market for your products. Saudi's buying from a Saudi manufacturer its a clever bit of business from UTN. Its a no brainer where the Saudi government are going to invest their money; this gives UTN the edge.

The 3 hateys appeared and been here for 2 months and since 0.50p to buy. It remains 0.90p to buy ahead of news.

After EVO, see how TGL rocketed 400% for me whilst the same 3 continued to harass. 2 * 400% recently, and UTN to follow soon.
