I reckon this new well (great chance of success) is going to spud in Feb. Maybe early Feb. It’s a week’s drill. I’m excited. This is the rebirth Year if UKOG.

Aladdin have been rubbing their Wonderful Lamp for some years but to no avail. So they bring in UKOG as a partner ! Only time will tell if Aladdin have made a 'sucker' out of Sando!

1347, I know what you mean but I take the view that a key issue in the UK which has affected them to date, is they have not been allowed to frack wells that would otherwise most likely have produced, or produced more. However, they can frack in Turkey, and the costs and regulatory framework are much better.It's definitely interesting that good light oil has been found on this new structure, in shallower holes meant for other purposes and most likely it originated from the deeper down, where they will now test drill multiple stacks. They are almost certain to find something and at low cost, so it's a great opportunity for a quick return as I see it.
