Operating costs at HH were less than £29 per barrel last year, since when their unhedged oil sale price for HH has risen to well over $105 per barrel and costs have fallen further arising from installing automated 24/7 oil pumping late last year, solar panels and they are now allowed to re-inject water on site further reducing costs instead of transporting it. In addition, they are about to get approval for Loxley, which is one of the UK's largest onshore gas fields, if major strategic and financial importance.
