Talking about placings, it cost them £500,000 to do last years placings, the directors pay was £471,000, so that's about two thirds of the revenue effectively gone down the toilet.

Did anyone also notice the average selling price was just $43 per bbl, they say the operating cost is $29 bbl, which is higher than offshore oil production and their operating costs exclude depreciation of the oil asset and indirect management charges from UKOG! Their break even cost is much higher. They are now sitting on accumulated losses of £84.5 million.

On any metric you care to chose this is a complete dog of a company in my opinion. There might have been a business case 3 or 4 years back when there was the possibility of the Kimmeridge flowing significant quantites of oil, but that case has now been laid to rest.

Anyone know what happened to Broadford Bridge, they don't mention it but were supposed to restore the site by next week, have they done so as per the permission from WSCC as below:

"This permission shall be for a limited period only expiring on 31 March 2022, by which date the operations hereby permitted shall have ceased, all buildings, plant and machinery, including foundations, hard standings shall have been removed from the site, and the site shall be restored in accordance with the approved restoration scheme (ref. Well Site Restoration Layout Plan – KOGL-BB-PA-XX-09)."

If you don't like whats happening at UKOG then sell your shares and move on somewhere else with you money.
