17/4/2020 22:27 | This is shocking; frankly outrageous. The 31 st March final results had these lines; "The combination of our progress to date and the high traded volumes in our UK listed shares supports our ability to seek to raise additional working capital, should it be required." Translation; we think we have an endless supply of "investors" willing to 'sink' more money into UKOG via an endless issuing of new shares. "It is our view that it would be prudent to wait to commission a Competent Person's Report to fully capture Proven and Probable Reserves once we have established long-term production at Horse Hill from HH-2z and a dual Portland and Kimmeridge completion in HH-1." That does not make any sense. Why would it be prudent to wait? Didn't SANDERSON previously assure 'investors' that they would be able to raise capital via asset backed lending rather than continually issuing shares? They will not get any asset based lending without a CPR. Maybe they fear what an independent assessment actually reveals; is there an issue? | cyan

17/4/2020 21:27 | Im sure i saw stevie boy on tv doing 100 laps of his garden trying to raise funds, as he feels really guilty about diluting shareholders over the years, well wasnt stevie in the forces?? he is looking much older than i last saw him in his "we will be going to the bahamas" video. | datait2
