This is shocking; frankly outrageous.

The 31 st March final results had these lines;

"The combination of our progress to date and the high traded volumes in our UK listed shares supports our ability to seek to raise additional working capital, should it be required."

Translation; we think we have an endless supply of "investors" willing to 'sink' more money into UKOG via an endless issuing of new shares.

"It is our view that it would be prudent to wait to commission a Competent Person's Report to fully capture Proven and Probable Reserves once we have established long-term production at Horse Hill from HH-2z and a dual Portland and Kimmeridge completion in HH-1."

That does not make any sense.

Why would it be prudent to wait? Didn't SANDERSON previously assure 'investors' that they would be able to raise capital via asset backed lending rather than continually issuing shares?

They will not get any asset based lending without a CPR.

Maybe they fear what an independent assessment actually reveals; is there an issue?

Im sure i saw stevie boy on tv doing 100 laps of his garden trying to raise funds, as he feels really guilty about diluting shareholders over the years,

well wasnt stevie in the forces??

he is looking much older than i last saw him in his "we will be going to the bahamas" video.

warren buffett thinks US stocks are still overvalued and not hit bottom yet, what do you think he thinks of the case of UKOG.

The bulls here obviously think this has hit rock bottom, that this is as bad as it gets. I reckon we're halfway there

80% down so far
80% fall still to come

for a 96% wipeout of value

imo

And that is why I was expecting 0.35p only a couple of days ago. Makes sense to me!

DL does not hold one UK Company directors post and hasn't done for some time. That should tell you everything.

Soon be able to by 4m shares for £10k. The only thing is those that have been averaging down don't have any money left; do they giz? I didn't even buy that many back in 2013/14.

The talks between the supermajors and DL seem to be interminable. I am beginning to suspect that the fat man was spinning us a yarn. Are they still collecting stock in the background?

🙇‍a94;️ Global markets look set to close out the week in bullish 🙌 fashion, with optimism over a potential coronavirus treatment helping provide a significant boost in sentiment. The positivity seen in overnight markets is projected to show up in both Europe and the US, with Gilead announcing the impressive results from one human trial that has been taking place in Chicago. This optimism is well-founded, as many will see this as a genuine sign that things could start to improve quickly. However, it is worthwhile noting that the drug has only been tested on a small sample size, with no control arm to disprove a placebo effect. Despite remdesivir having been developed for Ebola, it still has not received approval which could represent a significant delay to any widespread application. Further large scale trials are being developed elsewhere, yet markets will be in limbo until those results are known, caught between optimism that an effective treatment has been found, and the hesitancy knowing that wider trials could disprove this initial finding. Looking throughout markets, that optimistic tone has certainly had a tangible impact, with the prospect of an early end to this crisis boosting oil and stocks, while havens such as gold and the dollar eased back overnight.
